This bold and vibrant illustration features in Run’s book End Of A Century , and features lead singer Wayne Coyne ‘s head and his flaming lips overlapping 4 times, singing into 4 speakers to mimic the 4-cd format of this album. The faces are hand stenciled and spray-painted, the lips all hand painted.
Zaireeka is the eighth studio album by the alternative rock band The Flaming Lips. Released on October 28, 1997, it comprised of 4 CD’s that could be played simultaneously.
