Limited Edition of 25 (first edition still available). Taken from the N.M.E. album review illustration of PJ Harvey’s album Songs From The City, Songs From The Sea released in October 2000.
This is the last illustration featured in End Of A Century and is visually rich and detailed, showing PJ Harvey morphing onto a sea creature whilst traveling on the London Underground Tube. Thom Yorke floats in the background. Using scanned imagery from Run’s vast collection of graphical ephemera, and deconstructed press photos of the musicians, the image was composited digitally using Photoshop.
